"Grands verres, petits plats": the tagline becomes a poster, then an animation, in a powdery pink lifted with red.
Cards and menus carry the identity all the way to the table, so the venue and the website speak with one voice.

Surella is a bar, restaurant and wine shop in Barsac, near Bordeaux. I designed its visual identity and brand guidelines, then rolled them out across print (menu, business card, flyer, window graphics) and digital (social media, website): a complete art direction project, from the logo to the website.
Set opposite the Saint-Vincent church, in the village's former Maison des Vins, Surella was born from the wish of Lisa and Lucie, two local sisters, to open a simple, warm place in the spirit of 1970s bistros. The identity had to look like them: generous, joyful and unfussy.
The showcase website, designed in UX/UI and built in Webflow, features a 3D scene created in Spline. The experience is immersive, makes you want to walk through the door and boosts the venue's visibility. The menu, the story of the place, opening hours, directions and reviews: the site brings together everything you look for before coming, on mobile and desktop, with strong visual consistency between the physical place and its digital presence.
The visual world plays on the contrast between a powdery pink, a bold red and line drawings sketching the table, the glasses and the plates. The tagline "Grands verres, petits plats" (big glasses, small plates) sums up the spirit of the place, between Graves and Sauternes wines and home cooking: it becomes a poster, then an animation, and the menus carry the identity all the way to the table.
The site was featured by Delights Design, MaxiBestOf and Spline Design.
